We are looking for a Product Analyst Intern who can help us leverage customer insights into product strategy, enhancements & prioritization to deliver the best-in-class private market solution.

Job Description

Data Analysis

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to product usage, user behavior, and customer feedback.

  • Utilize analytical tools and techniques to interpret data and generate actionable recommendations for product improvements.

  • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards or reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product performance.

Feature Development

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, engineer, and QA to prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business goals.

  • Assist in defining and refining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features or product updates.

  • Write comprehensive feature guides and documentation for newly developed features, including internal release notes, and help center articles.

Job Qualifications

  • Good communication and English skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

  • Curiosity to explore new domains and the instinct to leverage radical solutions to make users successful.

  • 3rd/4th-year undergrad students or grad students.
